Synopsis As Introduced Appropriates $25,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court for reimbursement to counties for the expenses related to P.A. 98-61. Appropriates $15,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court for reimbursement to counties for the expenses related to the transfer of the administration of the Cook County Juvenile Temporary Detention Center from the President of the Cook County Board to the Circuit Court of Cook County. Effective immediately.
