Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

Deletes reference to:

Adds reference to:
605 ILCS 125/15

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Roadside Memorial Act. Provides that an application for a DUI memorial marker may be submitted with regard to any crash that occurred on or after January 1, 1980, rather than January 1, 1990.
