Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Wildlife Code. Provides that a bow and arrow device may be possessed or carried in a vehicle without being unstrung, enclosed in a case, or otherwise made inoperable.

House Floor Amendment No. 2
Removes the provision that to lawfully carry a gun a person may render it inoperable as an alternative to carrying the gun unloaded and enclosed in a case. Provides that uncased crossbows must be uncocked. Adds an immediate effective date to the bill.
