Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Downstate Police and Firefighter Articles of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that the municipality is entitled to appear, as a matter of right, in any proceeding involving a participant or a beneficiary that might result in a final administrative decision by the board of the fund. Effective immediately.
