Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Park District Code. Provides that every park district may enter into a contract to purchase energy from a utility or an alternative retail electric supplier for a term exceeding one year, but not to exceed 3 years. Effective immediately.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill and adds an immediate effective date.
