Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, Hair Braiding, and Nail Technology Act of 1985. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning qualifications for licensure as a cosmetologist by a barber school graduate.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Coal Mining Act. Defines "recorder". Provides that a mine examiner shall record the report either by calling out to a recorder or personally recording the report. Provides that the recorder or mine examiner shall record the report in a book or computer system that is provided by the operator for that purpose, and the book or computer system shall be secure and not susceptible to alteration. Makes other changes. Effective immediately.
