Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

625 ILCS 5/1-100
Adds reference to:
625 ILCS 5/11-503from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-503

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Provides that in cases where the person accused of reckless driving unintentionally caused a death or type A injury to another person, the trier of fact may infer that the defendant acted with a willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons if the person is also found guilty of committing 3 or more moving violations in causing the accident.
