2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
3 | | learn of the death of
John Darrell "JD" Krmpotich of Johnston |
4 | | City, who passed away on July 9, 2012; and
|
5 | | WHEREAS, John Krmpotich was born on August 9, 1960, in |
6 | | Christopher; his parents were John and Margaret Annette |
7 | | (Kellerman) Krmpotich; he married Marlene Yotkewich on May 21, |
8 | | 1994, in Stiritz; and
|
9 | | WHEREAS, John Krmpotich earned his master's degree in |
10 | | behavioral health from Southern Illinois University in |
11 | | Carbondale; and
|
12 | | WHEREAS, John Krmpotich retired after 18 years of service |
13 | | as Director of Youth Service at Franklin-Williamson Human |
14 | | Services; and
|
15 | | WHEREAS, John Krmpotich was a member of Aldersgate United |
16 | | Methodist Church in Marion; and
|
17 | | WHEREAS, John Krmpotich enjoyed gardening and loved to |
18 | | share the fruits of his labor with his family and friends; he |
19 | | also enjoyed spending time outdoors with his son, Jacob, |
20 | | photography, and spending time with his family; and
|

1 | | WHEREAS, John Krmpotich was preceded in death by his |
2 | | parents; and |
3 | | WHEREAS, John Krmpotich is survived by his wife, Marlene; |
4 | | his son, Jacob Miles Krmpotich; his sisters, Margaret "Dink" |
5 | | Ball and her husband, Lloyd, and Kathy Pinkston and her |
6 | | husband, Charles; his father and mother-in-law, Jim and Mary |
7 | | Yotkewich; his sister-in-law, Minta Keirn and her husband, |
8 | | Doug; his brother-in-law, Todd Yotkewich and his wife, Melisa; |
9 | | his nephews, Danny Ball and Ryan Pinkston and his wife, Lisa; |
10 | | his nieces, Stacy Ball, Shannon Pace and her husband, Chris, |
11 | | and Michelle McCabe and her husband, Chris; and his many |
12 | | great-nieces and great-nephews; therefore, be it

13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL |
14 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
15 | | his family and friends, the passing of John Darrell "JD" |
16 | | Krmpotich; and be it further

17 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
