| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of
Marcia Flanagan of Glenview, formerly of |
| 4 | | Wilmette, who passed away on November 1, 2011; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Marcia Flanagan was a member of the Big Sand Lake |
| 6 | | Club; she was involved in many of the club's activities; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Marcia Flanagan was the beloved wife of the late |
| 8 | | John "Ray" Flanagan; the loving mother of Susan (James) Gill, |
| 9 | | Martin (Jennifer) Flanagan, Nancy (Michael) Donegan, Thomas |
| 10 | | (Susan), and the late Denise Flanagan; the dear grandmother of |
| 11 | | Garrett and Madeleine Gill and Casey, Ryan, Meghan, Kylie, and |
| 12 | | Dillon Flanagan; the dear sister of Donald (Helen) Ryan, Joyce |
| 13 | | (Lloyd) Kurkowski, and the late Jack Ryan; and the aunt of many |
| 14 | | nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

| 15 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL |
| 16 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 17 | | her family and friends, the passing of Marcia Flanagan; and be |
| 18 | | it further

| 19 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 20 | | presented to the family of Marcia Flanagan as an expression of |
| 21 | | our sympathy.
