    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5.  The following named sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Human Services:

TINLEY PARK MENTAL HEALTH CENTER

  For costs associated with the operation

   of Tinley Park Mental Health Center or

   the Transition of Tinley Park Mental Health

   Center Services to alternative community

   or state-operated settings..................... $20,296,300

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2012.
