Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the State Charter School Commission for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012 as follows:

Other State Funds           $300,000

Total                       $600,000

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

    Section 1.  The amount of $300,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the State Charter School Commission Fund to the State Charter School Commission for ordinary and contingent expenses.

    Section 5.  The amount of $300,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the State Charter School Commission from the General Revenue Fund for deposit into the State Charter School Commission Fund.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2012.
