| 3 | on page 4, line 3, by deleting "or the use of a particular | ||||||
| 4 | contractor"; and
| ||||||
| 5 | on page 4, line 5, after "contract", by inserting ", complies | ||||||
| 6 | with all applicable laws, and does not interfere with or | ||||||
| 7 | otherwise impair any collective bargaining agreements the | ||||||
| 8 | community college may have with labor organizations".
