Amends the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act. Provides that the Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall report to the General Assembly no later than January 31 of each year beginning in 2013 the number of undocumented and documented immigrant children enrolled in the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Program for the previous fiscal year and, with regard to undocumented immigrant children enrolled in the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Program, the number of undocumented immigrant children whose household income was at or between 0% and 133% of the federal poverty level as determined by the Department and the number of undocumented immigrant children whose household income was at or between 134% and 300% of the poverty level as determined by the Department. Effective immediately.

2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | | Section 5. The Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act is |
5 | | amended by adding Section 46 as follows: |
6 | | (215 ILCS 170/46 new) |
7 | | Sec. 46. Program information; undocumented immigrant |
8 | | children. The Department shall report to the General Assembly |
9 | | no later than January 31 of each year beginning in 2013, all of |
10 | | the following information: |
11 | | (1) the number of undocumented immigrant children |
12 | | enrolled in the Program for the previous fiscal year; |
13 | | (2) with regard to undocumented immigrant children |
14 | | enrolled in the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Program, |
15 | | the number of undocumented immigrant children whose |
16 | | household income was at or between 0% and 133% of the |
17 | | federal poverty level as determined by the Department; and |
18 | | (3) with regard to undocumented immigrant children |
19 | | enrolled in the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Program, |
20 | | the number of undocumented immigrant children whose |
21 | | household income was at or between 134% and 300% of the |
22 | | federal poverty level as determined by the Department.
