| 7 | | Sec. 6.12. Payment for services. The program of health |

is subject to the provisions of Sections Section 368a |
| 9 | | and 370a of the Illinois
Insurance Code, provided that, should |
| 10 | | a covered member or covered dependent assign payments to the |
| 11 | | health care professional, the health care professional shall be |
| 12 | | prohibited from collecting from that person more than the |
| 13 | | estimated patient payment responsibility.
