| 3 | line 14, by replacing "agency" with "organization licensee, | ||||||

licensee, inter-track wagering location | ||||||
| 5 | licensee, or advance
deposit wagering licensee"; and | ||||||
| 6 | on page 3, immediately below line 19, by inserting the | ||||||
| 7 | following: | ||||||
| 8 | "(d-5) The organization licensee, inter-track wagering
| ||||||
| 9 | licensee, inter-track wagering location licensee, or advance
| ||||||
| 10 | deposit wagering licensee shall have the right to request a | ||||||
| 11 | waiver from the requirements of this Section. The Board shall | ||||||
| 12 | grant the waiver where the organization licensee, inter-track | ||||||
| 13 | wagering
licensee, inter-track wagering location licensee, or | ||||||
| 14 | advance
deposit wagering licensee demonstrates that there has | ||||||
| 15 | been made a good faith effort to comply with the goals for | ||||||
| 16 | participation by minority owned businesses, female
owned | ||||||
| 17 | businesses, and businesses owned by persons with
| ||||||

| 1 | disabilities."; and

| 2 | on page 8, line 9, by replacing "agency" with "owners | ||||||
| 3 | licensee"; and | ||||||
| 4 | on page 9, immediately below line 9, by inserting the | ||||||
