AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2935 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2935 as follows:


 
3on page 10, by replacing lines 17 through 19 with "knowingly 
4purchase or receive any prescription drug from any source other 
5than a person or entity required by the laws of this State to 
6be licensed to ship into, out of, or within this State licensed 
7under the laws of this State or the state of domicile except 
8where otherwise"; and
 
9on page 16, by replacing line 14 with "licensed to ship into, 
10out of, or within the State under this Act shall, in addition 
11to any other penalty"; and
 
12on page 18, line 12, after "transactions", by inserting 
13"electronically"; and
 
14on page 18, line 16, after "made", by inserting "readily"; and

1on page 21, by replacing line 26 with "obtained from a source 
2licensed by the Department."; and
 
3on page 25, by replacing lines 16 and 17 with the following:
