| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2545 on page 2 by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 11 through 14 with the following:

| 4 | | ""Internet dating service" means a person or entity in the |
| 5 | | business, for a fee, of providing dating, romantic |
| 6 | | relationship, or matrimonial services"; and

| 7 | | on page 3, line 2, by changing "offering" to "providing"; and
|
| 8 | | on page 3, line 8, by changing "include" to "include, but are |
| 9 | | not limited to"; and
|
| 10 | | on page 5 by replacing lines 19 through 23 with the following:

| 11 | | "Section 20. Liability. No entity that is not an Internet |
| 12 | | dating service may be held liable based upon this Act for |
| 13 | | providing services to an Internet dating service.".
