AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2441

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2441 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

     Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the State Fire Marshal for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2012.
