AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2429

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2429 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2012.
