AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2428

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2428 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    “Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2012.”.
