| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1538 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 7, by inserting immediately below line 14 the |
| 4 | | following: |
| 5 | | "(8) The Department of Human Services shall be |
| 6 | | designated as the lead support agency and provide |
| 7 | | administrative staffing for the Committee. Other |
| 8 | | Departments, as defined by this Section, shall provide |
| 9 | | additional administrative staffing in conjunction with the |
| 10 | | Department of Human Services to support the Committee.".
