| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Toll Highway Act is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 9.35 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 9.35. Expense and Dislocation Allowance. In lieu of |

authorized to be paid under this Act, the |

displaced from a dwelling, who |
