| 1 | | AN ACT concerning transportation.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 15 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (620 ILCS 5/15) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.15)
|
| 7 | | Sec. 15.
"Aeronautics instructor" means any individual |
| 8 | | engaged in giving
instruction, or offering to give instruction, |
| 9 | | in aeronautics, either in
flying or ground subjects, or both, |
| 10 | | for hire or reward, without advertising
such occupation, |
| 11 | | without calling his facilities an "air school" or
anything
|
| 12 | | equivalent thereto, and
and without employing or using other |
| 13 | | instructors. It
does not include any instructor in any public |
| 14 | | school or university of this
State, or any institution of |
| 15 | | higher learning duly accredited and approved
for carrying on |
| 16 | | collegiate work, while engaged in his duties as such
|
| 17 | | instructor. |
