| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Community Health Center Expansion Act is |
| 5 | | amended by changing Section 25 as follows:
|

| 7 | | Sec. 25. Reporting. Within 60 days after the
the first and |
| 8 | | second years of a
grant
under this Act, the grant recipient |
| 9 | | must submit a progress report to the
Department. The Department |
| 10 | | may assist each
grant
recipient in meeting
the goals and |
| 11 | | objectives stated in the original grant proposal submitted by |
| 12 | | the
recipient, that grant moneys are being used for appropriate
|
| 13 | | purposes, and that residents of the community are being served |
| 14 | | by the new
community health center sites established with grant |
| 15 | | moneys. |
