| 4 | | Section 5. The Mobile Home Local Services Tax Act is |
| 5 | | amended by changing
Section 2.1 as follows:

| 6 | | (35 ILCS 515/2.1) (from Ch. 120, par. 1202.1)

| 7 | | Sec. 2.1. As used in this this Act "permanent habitation" |
| 8 | | means
available for habitation for a period of 2 or more |
| 9 | | months.
