| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 409 on page 5, by |
| 3 | | replacing line 5 with the following: |
| 4 | | "Section 5 of the Local Government Energy Conservation Act, |
| 5 | | except that provisions of the Local Government Energy |
| 6 | | Conservation Act requiring that the building or facility be |
| 7 | | owned or operated by a unit of local government do not apply to |
| 8 | | this Section.

| 9 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
