12 | | appropriate to protect the identity of a person before the |
13 | | report is made public. The Commission or Executive Inspector |
14 | | General may also redact any information it believes should not |
15 | | be made public. Prior to publication by the Commission , the |
16 | | Commission shall permit the respondents, Executive Inspector |
17 | | General, and Attorney General to review documents to be made |
18 | | public and offer suggestions for redaction or provide a |
19 | | response that shall be made public with the summary report. |
