| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives are pleased to congratulate Orley O. Betcher, |
| 4 | | III, of Homer Glen, on his 50th birthday; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Orley Betcher, III was born on December 17, 1961; |
| 6 | | and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, He is a graduate of Oak Lawn High School; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Orley Betcher, III is the inventor of the Sure |
| 9 | | Alert, a device for people with disabilities; the device |
| 10 | | provides a disabled person with the means to alert help in a |
| 11 | | time of distress and notify someone that they need immediate |
| 12 | | medical assistance; and

| 13 | | WHEREAS, He is also the founder and owner of Midwest Lawn |
| 14 | | Care since 1990; therefore, be it

| 15 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 16 | | NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 17 | | we congratulate Orley Betcher, III on his birthday celebration |
