| 4 | | on the occasion of being named a Super Lawyer in 2011 by Super |
| 5 | | Lawyers magazine; and

| 6 | | WHEREAS, Stanley Jakala is a graduate of the Northwestern |
| 7 | | University School of Law; and

| 8 | | WHEREAS, Stanley Jakala has won the Super Lawyer |
| 9 | | designation three consecutive times, a testament to his |
| 10 | | dedication to his profession and his great talent; and
