HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to congratulate the members of the 
4Quincy Notre Dame Lady Raiders girls soccer team for their 
5victory at the 2009-2010 IHSA Class 1A State Tournament; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, The Lady Raiders beat Manteno 2-0 to secure 
7victory at the 2009-2010 IHSA Class 1A State Tournament; the 
8team ended their season with an impressive 22-2 record; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, The members of the Quincy Notre Dame Lady Raiders 
10girls soccer team are Quentessa Keating, Mackenzie Little, 
11Megan Rabe, Abby Grawe, McKenna Murphy, Alex Reis, Lexi Dreyer, 
12Jamie Pyatt, Kate Genenbacher, Alyssa Klene, Leah Waterkotte, 
13Katie Hancox, Brooke Dreyer, Hannah Witte, Shannon Foley, 
14Jordan Frericks, Brooke Burgess, Hilary Hoffman, Kayla Struck, 
15Samantha Hall, Claire Obert, Paula Holm, Lexi Niemann, and 
16Leigh McLaughlin; the team's head coach is Mark Longo and the 
17assistant coaches are Randy Struck, Anthony Longo, Jason 
18Keller, and George McDonnell; and

  
 
19    WHEREAS, The members of the Quincy Notre Dame Lady Raiders 
20girls soccer team serve as models of hard work, integrity, and 
21dedication for the people of the State of Illinois; therefore,

1    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
2NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
3we congratulate the members of the Quincy Notre Dame Lady 
4Raiders girls soccer team for their victory at the 2009-2010 
5IHSA Class 1A State Tournament and wish them continued success 
6and happiness in the future; and be it further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to the Quincy Notre Dame Lady Raiders girls soccer 
9team as a symbol of our esteem and respect.
