| 2 | | WHEREAS, In accordance with subsection (b) of Section 2 of |
| 3 | | Article VIII of the Illinois Constitution, the House of |
| 4 | | Representatives has adopted House Resolution 110 setting forth |
| 5 | | the estimates of general funds the House expects to be |
| 6 | | available during State fiscal year 2012; therefore, be it
|
| 7 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 8 | | NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 9 | | if the actual amount of funds from State sources that become |
| 10 | | available during State fiscal year 2012 exceed the House's |
| 11 | | estimates set forth in House Resolution 110, then that excess |
| 12 | | shall first be used to reduce the backlog of unpaid State |
| 13 | | obligations to the extent authorized by law.
