HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Patricia 
4Ann "Pat" Schintgen of Antioch, who passed away on February 12, 
52011; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, She was born August 20, 1943 in Chicago, the 
7daughter of the late Casmir and Frances Olszowy; she moved to 
8Antioch in 1970, where she was a member of St. Peter Church; 
9and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and fishing; 
11she dearly cherished her grandchildren, and loved attending 
12their recitals, sporting events, and competitions; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, She was very family oriented and had a love for 
14animals; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, On January 7, 1961, she married John Charles 
16Schintgen in Chicago; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, Patricia Schintgen is survived by her husband of 
1850 years, John; her daughters, Theresa A.(James) Yopp and 
19Kimberly A. (Edward) Watkins; her grandchildren, Branden, 
20Andrew, Sarah, Jessica, and Casey; and her great-grandson,

1Bryce; therefore, be it
  
 
2    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
3NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
4we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of 
5Patricia Schintgen; and be it further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to the family of Patricia Schintgen as a symbol of 
8our sincere sympathy.
