| 2 | | WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report |
| 3 | | on Waiver of
School Code Mandates, dated October 1, 2012, with |
| 4 | | the Senate, the House of
Representatives, and the Secretary of |
| 5 | | State of Illinois as required by Section
2-3.25g of the School |
| 6 | | Code; therefore, be it

| 7 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 8 | | NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE |
| 9 | | SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by Marshall |
| 10 | | CUSD C-2 - Clark, with respect to non-resident tuition for |
| 11 | | children of full-time employees of the school district, |
| 12 | | identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education |
| 13 | | as request WM100-5671, is approved for allowing the district to |
| 14 | | claim the average daily attendance of such students on its |
| 15 | | State Aid Claim and is disapproved for charging such students |
| 16 | | tuition; and be it further

| 17 | | RESOLVED, That the request made by Bureau Valley CUSD 340 - |
| 18 | | Bureau, Lee, and Whiteside, with respect to non-resident |
| 19 | | tuition for children of full-time employees of the school |
| 20 | | district, identified in the report filed by the State Board of |
| 21 | | Education as request WM100-5656, is approved for allowing the |
| 22 | | district to claim the average daily attendance of such students |
| 23 | | on its State Aid Claim and is disapproved for charging such |
