SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
In addition to funds already appropriated to the Department on Aging for Fiscal Year 2013, appropriates $28,696,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department for the purpose of restoring funding for the Circuit Breaker Property Tax Relief Grant Program to Fiscal Year 2012 levels. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. In addition to funds already appropriated to the Department on Aging for Fiscal Year 2013, the amount of $28,696,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department for the purpose of restoring funding for the Circuit Breaker Property Tax Relief Grant Program to Fiscal Year 2012 levels.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
