Appropriates $1 from the FY12 Medicaid Bill Reduction Fund to the Comptroller for the purposes provided for by law. Appropriates $1 from the FY12 Bill Reduction Fund to the Comptroller for the purposes provided for by law. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $1, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the FY12 Medicaid Bill Reduction Fund to the Comptroller for the purposes provided for by law.
Section 10. The amount of $1, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the FY12 Bill Reduction Fund to the Comptroller for the purposes provided for by law.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
