AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The following named sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Labor:

The amount of $1,590,100, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Department of Labor Federal Trust Fund to the Department of Labor for all costs associated with promoting and enforcing the occupational safety and health administration state program for public sector worksites.
