2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5927 on page 3, by |
3 | | replacing lines 14 through 21 with the following: |
4 | | " (e-5) The Department may not deny, suspend, or revoke a |
5 | | license, or refuse to renew a license, on any ground relating |
6 | | to the distance between a community-integrated living |
7 | | arrangement that the licensee or applicant operates or proposes |
8 | | to operate and any other setting licensed or funded to provide |
9 | | residential services for persons with a developmental |
10 | | disability or mental illness, including another |
11 | | community-integrated living arrangement. "; and |
12 | | on page 6, by replacing lines 6 through 14 with the following:

13 | | "Illinois Administrative Procedure Act. Neither the State plan |
14 | | nor any rule adopted by the Department under this Section may |
15 | | include any restriction or other requirement as to the distance |
16 | | that a community-integrated living arrangement owned or leased |
17 | | by a community mental health or developmental services agency |
