SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $1,300,000 to the Department of Public Health from the General Revenue Fund for grants to the Illinois Poison Center. Effective July 1, 2012.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5. The sum of $1,300,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for grants to the Illinois Poison Center.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2012.
