| 1 | | AN ACT concerning State government.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the |
| 5 | | Reorganization of Long-Term Care Services Act.
|
| 6 | | Section 5. Legislative findings. The Illinois General |
| 7 | | Assembly finds that it is in the best interest of the citizenry |
| 8 | | of Illinois, specifically those in need of long-term care |
| 9 | | services and their families, to reconfigure long-term care |
| 10 | | services from the ground up.
|
| 11 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 12 | | becoming law.
