| 7 | | Sec. 8. Exemption from liability. An owner of land who |
| 8 | | authorizes his or her property to be used for an approved Cycle |
| 9 | | Rider Safety Training Course as defined by Section 2.03 of this |
| 10 | | Act shall not be held civilly liable for any injury or death to |
| 11 | | persons or damage to property that may occur during the |
| 12 | | instruction course or training.".
