| 3 | | immediately below line 9, by inserting the following: |
| 4 | | "(c) At the time the ultrasound is offered pursuant to |
| 5 | | subsection (a) of this Section, the woman seeking an abortion |
| 6 | | must be informed by a representative of the facility of the |
| 7 | | costs involved with the ultrasound and must consent to be |
| 8 | | financially responsible for all additional costs associated |
| 9 | | with the ultrasound before the ultrasound may be performed.".
