SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
 

 
    
720 ILCS 5/32-11 rep.
720 ILCS 5/32-12 rep.
720 ILCS 340/Act rep.
720 ILCS 395/Act rep.
720 ILCS 530/Act rep.

     Amends the Criminal Code of 1961.   Repeals the statutes creating the offenses of barratry and maintenance.  Repeals the Sale of Maps Act, the Video Movie Sales and Rentals Act, and the Aerial Exhibitors Safety Act.  Effective immediately.

1    AN ACT concerning criminal law.
  
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
3represented in the General Assembly:
  
 
 

4    (720 ILCS 5/32-11 rep.)


5    (720 ILCS 5/32-12 rep.)

6    Section 5. The Criminal Code of 1961 is amended  by 
7repealing Sections 32-11 and 32-12.
 
8    (720 ILCS 340/Act rep.)
9    Section 10. The Sale of Maps Act is repealed.
 
10    (720 ILCS 395/Act rep.)
11    Section 15. The Video Movie Sales and Rentals Act is 
12repealed.
 
13    (720 ILCS 530/Act rep.)
14    Section 20. The Aerial Exhibitors Safety Act is repealed.
 
 
15    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 
16becoming law.
