AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3756

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3756 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    “The following amounts, or so much of those amounts as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes named, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011:

Centers for Independent Living.................. $4,520,000

Community Reintegration Program................. $1,710,000

Home Services Program......................... $626,000,000

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.”.
