Appropriates $22,256,768 from the Illinois Clean Water Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for clean water activities and programs. Effective July 1, 2011.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $22,256,768, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Clean Water Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for clean water activities and programs.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.
