AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3326

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3326 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Eminent Domain Act is amended by adding Section 25-5-30 as follows:

(735 ILCS 30/25-5-30 new)

Sec. 25-5-30. Quick-take; Will County. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 12 months after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly by Will County for the acquisition of property to be used for the reconstruction of the Weber Road (County Highway 88) and Renwick Road (County Highway 36) intersection, as follows: PARCEL 0001
