Appropriates $9,000,000 to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity from the General Revenue Fund for grants under the Community Youth Employment Act. Effective July 1, 2011.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The sum of $9,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grants under the Community Youth Employment Act.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.
