AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2831 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2831, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
41 as follows:

 
5on page 1, by replacing line 5 with "Sections 2-107 and 8-306 
6as follows:"; and

 
7on page 2, by replacing lines 9 through 22 with "Commission or 
8before the Commission. In the case of a water utility, (i) the 
9comments received through the toll-free telephone number shall 
10be transcribed and placed on the Commission's electronic 
11docketing system for review by all parties, and the Commission 
12shall notify all of the parties of the transcript's 
13availability; (ii) both the transcript of the telephone 
14comments and all comments received directly on the website 
15shall become part of the record for decision; and (iii) the 
16comments and suggestions received through both venues shall be

1reported by the The Commission staff shall report, in a manner 
2established by the Commission that is consistent with the
