1    AN ACT concerning regulation.

 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3represented in the General Assembly: 

 
4    Section 5. The Illinois Physical Therapy Act is amended by 
5changing Section 34 as follows:

7    (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2016)

8    Sec. 34. Short title. This Act may be known and
and cited 
9as
the "Illinois Physical Therapy Act".
