2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Optometric Practice Act of 1987 is |
5 | | amended by changing Section 4 as follows:

No person shall practice, or attempt to practice, |

as defined in this Act, without a valid license as |
