AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2189

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2189, AS AMENDED, as follows:

    Section 1.  With reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on page 100, line 15 by replacing “96-0956” with “96-0039”; and

on page 114, line 10 by replacing “96-0956” with “96-0039”; and

on page 114, line 22 by replacing “96-0956” with “96-0035”.

    Section 2.  With reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 2, on page 3, line 15 by replacing “96-0956” with “96-0035”.
